Miss Marshall

Hi everyone! My name is Miss Marshall and I am the school counselor at Bel Air Elementary School. This is my 16th year at Bel Air and my 18th year in the Prince William County school system. I am originally from Grosse Ile, Michigan, but moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in late elementary school. I attended Ohio Wesleyan University where I received my degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. I then went to Millersville University to complete my Master’s in Education, with specialization in School Counseling. I am a member of the Virginia School Counselor Association and the American School Counselor Association.  I love being a school counselor and I am excited to work with your children and help them reach their fullest potential.

This past year, Bel Air Elementary's school counseling program earned the RAMP Designation from the American School Counselor Association. I am very proud of this achievement and our school's program.

If you need to contact me, I can be reached by phone at 703-670-4050 or by e-mail at marsharl@pwcs.edu

Wishing everyone an amazing, fun and successful school year!
