Boot Camp Workout - Coach Pybus Demonstration
-Please follow the above link to my video demonstration for this weeks PE lesson
-This week we will be finishing off the school year with a fun "Boot Camp" workout! 
-The "Boot Camp" workout is very close to our "Tabata" workouts, except we are moving for 30 seconds with no break from movement to movement
            -Remember, a "Tabata" workout is 20 seconds of moving and 10 seconds rest before beginning again.
-We will perform a few different exercises for 3 or 4 total rounds (a round is complete after you have finished all of the movments) 
-Your goal is to to keep moving the best you can for all of the 30 seconds of exercise
-One round is completed after you have finished each exercise

On here, you will find quite a few physical activity tools that you can use at home with your family.  During this time, it is very important to remember to stay active and move around.  Physical activity will help to boost your positive mood and create a more happy place around you.  Also remember, as you see me do all the time, SMILE :) Even just a small smile can start to brighten your day, and a little wave to someone can help brighten theirs.  Spread some happiness around you and get out there, move around, and let's all stay physically active! 

Log in to Clever here. Students will use their Office 365 username and password to log in to Clever. Once Logged in, students can access many of the programs we use for instruction.

A bit about me:
My name is Bryant Pybus.  I have been involved, around, and played sports my entire life.  I played college baseball at Concord University in Athens, WV.  Prior to coming to Bel Air, I was a PGA Professional (Professional Golfer).  I have a love and passion for fitness and nutrition, and my goal is to help show all our kids just how much fun and awesome being healthy and active can be! I love Alabama football, the New York Mets, Dallas Cowboys, and of course Star Wars (especially Darth Vader).
